Return & Refund Policy

7-day easy returns

You can return any item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Initiate a return from your account dashboard or the Track Order page.

Gift cards and socks are the only non-returnable items, for hygiene and practical reasons. Sale items follow the same 7-day window as full-price items.

Instant exchanges

Need a different size? Request an exchange and we ship the new size as soon as the pickup is scanned — you don't wait for the return to reach our warehouse.

Refund timelines

Prepaid orders: refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of pickup.

Prefer store credit? Choose instant store credit at return time and skip the bank processing wait entirely.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost — no return pickup needed in most cases.
